Dear Mr. Freeman:

Rez: Cat and Fiddle Pub Off Sales

LT have been in contact with the provincial government Liquor
Inspection Branch about making changes to the Off Sales at Cat and
Fiddle Pub. My intention is to construct an addition to the pub
for off sales.

The Planning Department have advised that this use conforms
with my Land Use Contract, I already have off sales. The provincial
government Liquor Inspection Branch have requested that in addition
to the letter of Zoning conformance that I obtain a resolution of
approval from Port Coquitlam City Council. It is to that end I am
writing, to request your placing a resolution on the City Council
agenda to meet the provincial government requirement.
