From the City Clerk, April 27th, 1988 regarding Stafford Avenue Property.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the following motion passed by Council at the meeting of April 18th,
1988 be rescinded.

"That Lots 1-4, and Lot 6, Block 8, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan
1957, New Westminster District be withdrawn from the market and be held for 60
days and at the end of the 60 days they be retendered."”

against the resolution.

That Lot 5 be exchanged for Lot 6 by posting on the Municipal notice
boards, and at no cost to the City.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; ©

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:
1. Lot 3, Block 27,District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2282, New Westminster

District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to
Council is received.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting.

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures sat out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bid
if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection i
appropriate.
