BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

8 As Council will recall the B.C. Assessment. Authority determined that, effective :

Se | Attached is a copy of an application for exemption received from PoCo Happy Times
Se aa . Preschool as well as copies of a report sent to Council last year when this first
ns a came up. The amount of property taxes levied in 1987 on the PoCo Happy Times was
od just over $86.00 (our share $42.00) and on Simon Fraser Society $2,438.00 (our
share $1,172.00).
