That part of District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 20844 shown on Bylaw
Plan 55855, New Westminster District, being 1634 Angelo Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Council! is
received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Counci! meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein,

Council! reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection

Property - Yarmouth Street area.

That the Reference Plan completed by Robert M, Reese, B.C.L.S., on
the 4th day of November, 1985 consolidating various properties owned by
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam at the south foot of
Yarmouth Street into a new Lot "an containing 3.275 ha. be and the same
is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said Subdivision Plan and such other documents as may be necessary on
behalf of the City and to affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.
