To quote a recent editorial in the Columbian, "It will be interesting
now, to see how the PoCo Aldermen face up to social responsibility - whether
they join the isolationists in their see-no-problems fetal position, or whether
they continue through with a by-law they started, knowing it to serve a social
need,"

There is no middle-of-the-road on this issue. You are either for the
by-law as presented or against it.
