Corporation. of the City of Port Coquitlam +o advise that ‘at its.
regular meeting of November 21lst, 1983 the following resolution
was passed:

That the The. Corporation of the City of Port: Coquitiam
netify the Minister of Environment, the Federal’ and Provincial:
Department of.-Fisheries, the Mayor and Aldermen of the District
of Coquitiaw and Mark’ Rose, MLA and John Parks, MLA, regarding
the concern expressed by the Council regarding .tThe unusual
amount of “silt in .the Coquitiam’River ana where the silt ise:

noted resolution our Council did indicate its awareness That.
the recent heavy rains would naturally result in an increase jin
