The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October 20th, 1980
at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following Proposed by-law to amend the “City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. ‘1651", ;

By-law No. 1779: to rezone Lots 305, 312, and 321, District Lor

255, Group One, Plan 59820, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT~1.

These lots have the civic addresses of 1937/39 Leacock Street,

1920/22 Warwick Avenue, and 1922/24 Marshall Avenue, respectively,

and are located in a new subdivision of property on Marshall Avenue and

Warwick Avenue juse east of Pitt River Road. It is expected that the

October 20th, 1980. )

All persons who deem their interest in Property affected by the

“proposed By~law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public
