If disturbing the sanctuary further is considered undesirable
then the unofficial route established by the school children is
also undesirable, and effective measures should be taken to
stop this practice and prevent the school children from entering
the sanctuary at both ends of the current route.

We feel that the former suggestion is the most desirable,
but we request that whichever course cf action is selected by the
city, be implemented with due hasteso that all concerned may
benefit as soon as possible.
