Parking On~site Work and Utilities Subdi- vision Schedules Part of Contract 4. The land, including the surface of water, and any and all buildings, structures and improvements erected therecn, thereover or therein shall be used for the purpose specified in Schedule "B" hereto and for no other purpose, 5. No building, structure or improvement shall be sited upon the land except in compliance with the site plan and particulars set out in Schedule "c* and "pD" hereto. 6. No sign shall be eraécted upon the land or on’ any building or structure thereon except those shown on tha drawing and set out in the particulars in Schedule “F" hereto. 7. Off-street parking and loading spaces shall be provided, located and constructed in accordance with the particulars set out in Schedule "E" herato. 8. All on-site work and utilities, including water, sewer, gas, telephone and electricity shall ba placed, pro- vided and constructed in compliance with and according to the plans, sections and particulars approved by the Engineer and the Building Inspector. 9. No land shall be subdivided except in compliance with and according to the plans and particulars set out in Schedule “G" hereto. 10. The said Schedules "A" to "G" hereinbefore referred to are hereby incorporated into and made part of this contract. 11. (a) The Developer agrees to pay all arrears of taxes outstanding against the land before the formal approval of the said scheme of use and development upon the land.
