A letter from hiro Urakamni I regret to announce the closing of the Gallery, House.of Ceramics, and wish to thank all the many people who have shown support and interest over the past 6 years. I hope the gallery has contributed to a better arv reciation of the Art of Ceramics, and promoted a wider interest. Changing Exhibitions every. two weeks has been an exciting and stimulating experience but after 6 years I am exhausted ! I cannot keep up the pace ! However, I have not lost interest in running a Gallery, and may well, at some future date, re-open in another location. Equally influencing my decision to close, is my wish to cavote much more time to working with clay. I also intend to spend two or three months studying in Japan next summer. Once more my thanks, harp [ {1 ike Ayr Hiro Urakami The Potters Guild of British Columbia ref 315 west Cordova Street A 3 Vancouver, B.C. V6B LE5 igo!
