The paper says that in or- der to realize their Truman and Acheson outlined these methods : e Developing a so-called intérnational order whereby the U.S. may rule the world through the UN. The paper points out that Acheson re- ferred to the UN as “a means” by which the U.S. “can take practical day-by- day steps toward the build- ing of a stable international community,” and comments: . “Neither Truman nor Ache- son made clear the concrete character of this so-called in- ternational community or 1n- ternational order. Neverthe- less, they have already given practical examples. The bloody and tragic situation created by America’s large- scale bombing, slaughtering, destruction and looting 1n Korea is typical. Americas armed invasion of ‘Taiwan (Formosa) is another ¢x- ample and America’s mono- polized occupation of Japan is still another example of OUR Nan ; such an ‘international order. The paper charges that this “international order” is a re- production of Hitler’s “Grea- ter German Empire” and To- jo’s “Co-Prosperity Sphere”.
