A regular meeting cf the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitiam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coauitlam City Hall,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. om Monday, September 10, 1990,
at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mavor L.N. Traboulay and Aldermen °!.C. Farnworth,
M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, and W.W. Stewart, in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk/Deputy
Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, and Director of
Community Planning C.R. Felip.

CONFIRMATION OF MENUTES:

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That the minutes of the Regular Council meeting held on August 27th, 1990
be taken as read and adopted.

Carried.

Mayor Traboulay advised that the delegation regarding Pet Policy of the
Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation was withdrawn.

That Byiaw No. 2529 be read a third tine.

Carried.

From the City Engineer, September 7th, 1990 regarding Road Improvements —-
Westwood, Davies and Fox Street.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That Council approve the concept plan for road improvements in the
Westwood, Fox, and Davies area to accommodate the traffic from present and
future developments.

Carried.
