South Mary Hill — Development Permit Area IT (1) The South Mary Hill development permit area lies to the south of the B.C. Hydro right of way along the west bank of Mary Hill. The Development Permit area includes land east, up the slope from Mary Hill Road, south of the B.C. Hydro right of way and north of Mary Hill Bypass, as shown on the map entitled "Development Permit Area II". Within the south Mary Hill area, the City is implementing a development permit system for properties within the development permit area zoned for multiple family development, RM-1, RM~2 and RM~3. Pursuant to Section 945(4)(b) and (e) of the Municipal Act, the area shown outlined on the Official Community Pian Map Schedule "B" is designated as the South Mary Hill Apartment Development Permit Area.
