From the City Clerk, April 6th, 1989 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver
Agreement for 1320 Bradshaw Street.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Fraser Valley
Developments Ltd. dated the 27th day of February, 1989, BE IT RESOLVED that
the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or
to be installed by the said Fraser Valley Developments Ltd. in connection with
the development of the lands describea as:

Lot A, Block 4, District Lot 232, Group One,
New Westminster District, Plan 3299.

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
Clty and to affix the Coxporate seal thereto.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City

and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
