: SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 20/88
for 2111 Nova Scotia and 1244 Pitt River Road.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of March 2nd, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit
exempting Lots 12 and 16, D.L. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD, Plan 73976 from the

requirements of Bylaw 2242 Section 403 and Section 404, regulating road width
requirements.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
March 7th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this :
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of March 28th, 1988.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbai submissions should be considered .
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Deve lopment
Variance Permit should be issued.
