WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 2 of a Subdivision Plan of Lot 383 (as modified by the "Ulster
Street/Lincoln Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2234"); S.W. 1/4
Sece 7 and N.W. 1/4 Sec. 6; Township 40; Plan 60681; New Westminster
District; with an area of 9.512 ha (23.5 acres); be sold to Camlin
Properties Ltd. at or for the price or sum of $3,229,500.00 upon the
terms and conditions stated in the tender call.

The adjustment date be July 31, 1987 or eariier as stated in the
tender call.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Parcel "C" (Reference Plan 216), Block 21, except Parce| "2m
(Reference Plan 71466), Plan 1163; and Parcel "B" (Reference Plan
71467), Plan 2111 all of District Lot 232, Group One, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be sold by tender
if a bid acceptable to Counci} is received.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
