BYLAW NO. 2151

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of
road shown dedicated on Plan 2111 of District Lots
231 and 232, Group One, New Westminster District

in the Clty of Port Coquitiam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 290 of the ravised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Council may by bytaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion

of a highway;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Counci! of The Corperat’ on of the City of Port Coquitiam

deems it desirable and expedient thet certain portions of highway hereinafter

described be stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1 All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2111 of District Lots 231 and
232, Group One, New Westminster District Included within the heavy outline on a
reference p!an certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Surveyor on the 4th
day of December 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto; ,

is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

This by law may be cited for ail purposes as the "Harbour Street (Plan 2111) Road
Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 215%,
