Reference Plan prepared by Ronald G. Scobbic, B.CiL.S. aud dated
the 15th day of January, 1980, copy of which plan {s hereunto
annexed.

at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for

that certain parcel or tract of land described in the preeeding Section

3. Those portions of Road shown dedicated in District Lot 379, Group
One, New Weatminater District, shown hatched on the said plan of Ronald
G. Scobbic, H.C.L.S. are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all
kinds.

4, The said land to be purchased as aforesaid shall, when so conveyed
to the safd City, be established as an addition te the roads in District
Loe 379, Group One, New Westininacer District.

5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the Cle, of Port

Coqultlam are hereby authorived to execute auch conveyanecs, deeds,
