As is indicated in the attached letter from the School Board, they have no objection in regard to the city lighting George Pearkes all~weather field. However, the committee had some concerns in that the city should have some guarantee as to the minimum requirement for use of the lighted field especially during the evening; and in this regard, Mr. Larry Pollock and Ms. Janna Taylor have met with Mr. Bob Smith and have had discussions and feel that in our letter of understanding the city should put in the minimum requirement. Please find aztached pertinent information on main~ tenance costs as wel] as required usage by the city, The committee would like to make the following recommendations for council's consideration. RECOMMENDATION 1. That we go out to tender for the lighting of the George Pearkes all- weather field. 2.
