Attached hereto please find a print of the above
mentioned proposed subdivision. This subdivision is satis-
factory to the undersigned, and has already been approved by
the Ministry of Highways Approving Officer. Would you please
place this before Council with the request that Council
authorize the signing and sealing of the plans by the Mayor
and City Clerk. This is necessary because of the dedication
of Lot 202 which is owned by the City ,to public road allowance.
