Coquitlam Dyking District Dear Sir: Further to our meeting on the morning of September 26, 1377 during which we made final modifications to the inter~ municipal agreements relating to the dissolution of the south section of the Coquitlam Dyking District, I wish to advise you that at their meeting the same evening the Municipal Council adopted the following resolution: “THAT the District of Coquitlam agrees to the dissolution ef the south section of the Coquitlam Dyking District and the transferring of its assets and liabilities to each municipality; and THAT the District agrees to accept the dyke and lands located within its boundaries; and THAT the District of Coquitlam enter into an agreement with the City of Port Coquitiam in the form attached to this report and such agreement shall become binding upon the District when duly executed and delivered for and on behalf of the Corporation by the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk who are specifically authorized to sign the same and affix the corporate seal thereto and to deliver the same and that all as the act and deed of the District of Coquitlam."
