RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter describéd are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it reeolved that:

A portion of Lot 1 and Lots 2 to 16, inclusive, Block 6, District Lot
342, Group One, Plan 2133, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam,
B.C. and adjoining roads and lane shown included within the heavy bold
line on the plan accompanying this memorandum be sold by tender if
bids acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish ané poit
the “Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in ‘he Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
ig appropriate. .
