THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2506

A Bylaw to amend the "Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

l. Section 12 of the “Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No, 2243" ia
repealed and the following substituted therefor: .

"12, (a) Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam requesting the issuance of a Development Permit or a
Development Variance Permit or an amendment to 4 Development
Permit or a Development Variance Permit shall be accompanied by
a non-refundable fee of $400.00 for precessing the application
and a $300.00 fee for document preparation.

The $300.00 fee for document preparation shall be refunded if

the application is rejected by Council and the document
preparation is not required.”

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Development Procedures
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2506".
