Zoning Bylaw. And that approval for removal of tree planters be recommended for amendment to the property's C.D. Zoning Bylaw, subject to compensatory landscaping being Installed in the vicinity of where tree planters are removed. COMMENTS: This application is to amend the plans attached to tie PoCo Piace Mall rezoning bylaw. What is being: requested is to improve circulation in the parking lot, increase the number of parking stails and relocate the entrance of the underground garage. The requested changes will improve traffic circulation in the mail parking lot. Concerns raised by the proposed changes are for neighbour relations and appearance of the parking lot. The first areas of concern is that ltandscaping along Lancaster Street was supplemented by several planters of trees, providing additional screening. As this is an area of continuing neighbourhood concern, it is suggested that the planters to be removed be replaced by a screen fence or more intense planting. The second area of concern, removai of landscaping from the parking lot. It is recommended that removal of the landscaping be permitted to improve circulation at the entrance and to permit development of additional parking stalls.
