COMMENTS :

This development permit is required to carryout the subdivision of the
Rowland Park into two parcels. The layout of the facilities on the park
site do not comply with the Zoning Bylaw regulations.

The regulations being varied include:

Section 12 (3) Structures in Yards
Section 17 (4) Fence Height
Section 45 (3) Front Yard Setback
(4) Side Yard Setback
(5) Rear Yard Setback
(6) Off Street Parking
(7) Off Street Loading

These regulations are not normally considered for nonhabitable structures

such as the Lacrosse Box:and Tennis Courts, but do apply.
