THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2150

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of

road and lane shown dedicated on Plans 1786 and 2092

of District Lot 340, Group One, New Westminster District
in the City of Port Coquitiam.

WHEREAS pursuant +o Clause (b) df Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Counci| may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion
of @ highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter
described be stopped up and closed to trattic;

’ NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

as shown dedicated on registered plan 2092, having an area of 471.2m included
within: the heavy out!ine on reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British

Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 4+h day of November 1985,° a copy of which is

attached hereto;

are hereby stopped up and closed to trattic.

2092) Road Closure Bylaw, 1985, No. 21501,
