RULES AND CONDITIONS.

APPLICATION OF CHARGE ON CHANGES OR SIDE TRIPS: If during a trip
parties chartering a vehicle desire to change rout or take a side
trip, or extend the trip, thereby increasing the service over that
contrected for, the additional charge will be computed at the rate

shown hereins-

CHARGES FOR WAITING TIMEs For vehicles, authorized carrying capacity
of which is (5) Five passengers or less, excluding the driver, the
hourly rate shall apply to waiting time except that ten minutes free
time shall be allowed for every hour or every 20 miles, whichever is
greatest in favour of the Licensee.

TOLLS: Any expences incurred for bridges, road or. ferry tolls shall
be charged over and above the rates named herein.

BAGGAGE: Baggage will be handled at the Passenger risk only.
The Licencee assumes no responsibility for baggage transported
on chartered vehile.

DISMISSEL FEE: If any person Phones for Taxi and changes his or hir
“minde, when driver appears. on the given address, then the person
who called for the Taxi should pay ty, Dollars as dismissel fee

in case the person-does not engage the Taxi.

DEFINITIONS: "Travelled Mile" means the total Mileage travelled by °
the vehicle of Licencee from the time of leaving the taxi stand
‘until returning to taxi stand.

OVERNIGHT STAY EN ROUTE: If, during a charter trip, the charterer decides

to continue the charter the following day, thereby necessitating an overnight
stay en route, an additional charge will be made in the amount of the night,s
lodgeing and breakfast for the driver.
