That Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the attached

encroachment agreement on behalf of the City and that the Corporate Seal be

affixed thereto.

‘Mayor Traboulay advised a special Council meeting will be held on

December 29th, 1982 at 4:00 P.M.
