NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April lith, 1983
at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"; -

Bylaw No. 1958: to rezone Lot 129, District Lot 379, Group One,
New Westminster District, Shown on a Subdivision Plan prepared
by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated the 16th day of March,
1983, from RS-2 to C-4,

This property is located at 2697 Shaughnessy Street and is
commonly known as the "Dalkey Building" Site. The property
is presently owned by the Corporation of the City of Pert
Coquitlam and is being Placed for sale pursuant to the
provisions of the Municipal Act. It is expected that a
successful purchaser will be establishing a downtown,
commercial type use on.the property.

in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the ‘address given
above, between. the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 Pem., on regular business days,
from the date of this Notice until the Public Hearing. : . ves

All persons who deem their interest in property affected hy the proposed
‘bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on

matters contained in the bylaw.
