RESOLUTIONS: Moved by Alderman Vater: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That with respect to the submission to the Electors of the "Tax Sale Land Reserve Fund Library Expenditure Bylaw, 1982, No. 1880" and the "Sunday and Holiday Shopping Regulation Bylaw, 1982, No. 1883": 1. Ronald Arthur Freeman shall be the Returning Officer. 2. Polling Day shall be held from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 27th, 1982, at the following places: a. St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall, 2251 McAllister Avenue; b. Viscount Alexander Elementary School, 3250 Flint Street; Mary Hill Elementary School, 1890 Humber Crescent; Cedar Drive Elementary School, 3140 Cedar Drive; Westwood Elementary School, 3610 Hastings Street; Kilmer Elementary School, 1575 Knappen Street; Lincoln Elementary School, 1019 Fernwood Avenue; Port Coquitlam Secondary School, 3550 Wellington School; 3.
