The fokLowing is in response to your request of Oatober 4th
for a waitten report on the above: . ~

There has been an increase of thegts from auto's, distur-
bances, and drug changes in the axea of the Discotheque since
the present owner took possession. Observar.ions by members
whe have been inside the premises are of the opinion that
marthuana 44 being openly smoked. We have searched persons
Leaving the premises and seized soft daugs from them. I2
would appear that some of the persons who faequent the
Discotheque have contributed to the thejt from auto's.

The proximity of the premises to the Golden Ears -and
McALLtster Park, with the collective problems of dainking
and daug use, will continue to result in focusing our atten-
tion:to pokicing this area.

It 45 hoped that the Sunday opening between 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
(daylight hours) will attract a better calibre of clientele,
