Re: Fish Kill, Argue Street, Port Coquitlam.

Enclosed please find a report from the Fisheries
Service, Environment Canada, regarding the above
subject.

As is the case with the Fisheries Service findings,
ZI am unable to establish or even conjecture as to
the causal agent(s) responsible for this fish
mortality.

Subsequent inspections of the stream hyve shown it

to be in an apparent normal condition. The fish

fry and fingerlings are evidently in a normal healthy
state at this tine.

Further checks and regular monitoring of this area
will be carried out in order to assist the Fisheries

Department.
