From the Leisure Activities Committee, May 13th, 1976, advising re Kinsmen July ist Sports that the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam has requested permission to hold Carnival a Beer Garden and Steer Raffle in conjunction with its July lst Sports Carnival and to place advertisements of the event in various locations throughout the City. Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as set forth in a report from the Leisure Activities Committee, ee May 13th, 1976, and in a letter from the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam, May 13th, 1976, the following requests made by that organization for its July lst Sports Carnival, be granted: 1. The sale of Steer Raffle Tickets outside the Government Liquor Store on Saturdays and possibly Friday evenings during the month of June, 1976; 2. The holding of a Beer Garden on July Ist, 1976, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. in the fenced in area adjoining the Women's Centre on the Aggie grounds, subject to the necessary licence being obtained from the R.C.M.P.$ 3. The sale of Baron of Beef and operation of concession stands for selling pop, coffee, hot dogs, etc., at the Aggie grounds on July Ist, 1976;
