Re: Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1290

The above-noted Zoning Amendment By-law establishes regulations respecting child

care facilities licensed wnder the Community Care Facilities Licensing Act and received

third reading on December 10th, 1973. The By-law was approved by the Minister of Highways

on November 30th, 1973, and by the Minister of Municipal Affairs on February llth, 1974

and is now available for final reading.

A copy of the By-law is attached.
