Mrs Rutherford har spoken with the Pazks & Recreation Director about keeping the retaining wall on the park. Both Alderman Laking and Alderman Gates indicated that they would like to have a look at the site before making any decisions. It was brought to the attention of the committee that Mrs. Rutherford has been working in conjunction with the developer over the past few months and apparently suing them foz pro'blame that she perceives were created by the developer. It may be more appropriate for the city not to get involved in any encumbrances on the park. Recommendation: 11,), . That this particular item be brought back to the committee after Alderman Laking and Alderman Gates have viewed the property.
