SUBJECT: 1984 Supplementary Assessment Roll No. 1 RECOMMENDATION: That City Council authorize adjustments to the 1984 tax levies for the properties as reported hereunder. BACKGROUND & COMMENTS: Subsequent to issuing the 1984 tax notices, a Supplementary Assessment Roll has been received from the B.C. Assessment Authority, revising 1984 assess- ments. The revisions are necessary to correct errors oT omissions in the 1984 assessment roll and result in a net decrease of 1984 tax levies in the amount of $2,705.46. Revised tax notices have been issued to the property owners and where additional tax levies have been imposed, thirty days notice has been given before penalty will be added.
