The Band consents to the City, its officers and employees having access to and within the Reserve to the extent reasonably required by the City for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement and fire hazard assessment. “ashe arth gt maa: ELAN 7. The Band shall provide the City with a plan showing the location of all streets and their names, all buildings and their numbers and any fire hydrants within the ~ Reserve, and notify the City in advance of any changes to the plan. The Band shall name any streets within the Reserve and prominently display such names on sign posts located at every intersection of such streets. The Band shall ensure that identifying numbers are affixed to all buildings and driveways within the Reserve so that such numbers are easily visible from every adjoining strect. The Band, its contractors and agents will not dispose of any site clearing residue : by burning thaf residue on the Reserve. 11. © The Band authorizes the City's officer in charge at a fire to request assistance | from the Province of British Columbia, if in the officer's opinion [acting | reasonably in accordance with standard practice] such assistance is required in order to contain a fire. The Band shall be responsible for any charges levied by the Province of British Columbia as a result of such a request for assistance.
