I would therefore ask that you give the attached material your early consideration and that you
forward any comments or amendments you have to the GVRD Strategic Planning Committee by
30 June 1993. This will allow the Board to consider the advice of the Strategic Planning July
‘meeting. If the Board decides to seek formal endorsement of the proposed bylaw by
municipalities, a further package of information will be sent to you in August with a request that -
you and your staff analyse it in detail and inform the GVRD by 31 January 1994 as to whether
you wish to participate in the proposed service.
