SUBJECT: PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON EASTERN DRIVE

RECOMMENDATION;

Place a "No Parking Anytime” restriction on the north side of Eastern Drive from Delia to the
south property line of Lot 1143, Plan 50511.

SITE CONDITIONS:

A "No Parking Anytime" restriction is in place on the west side of Eastem as far south as Delia,
as shown on the attached plan. Proposed, is the extension of this restriction from Delia, south to
the end of Lot 1143.

The pavement is fairly narrow on this pertion of Eastern, and the painted centerline is offset for
much of the distance to allow parking on the south side. The north side of Eastern has a lane
width of about four metres, requiring vehicles to cross the centerline to avoid parked cars on this
side.
