WATERCAN is an organization which raises funds for clean water projects in the
developing world. To do this they ask Canadian Municipalites to insert their leaflet in the
annual water billings. All contributions which are raised by this organization are matched

by the Canadian International Development Agency.

WATERCAN will provide ali necessary materials for the program, so there will be no
expenses incurred by the City.

The City Treasurer has advised that the City's postal charges will not be affected.
