We, the undersigned, approve of the following rezoning
application with respect to the above properties. The
proposal as per letter dated June 26,1990 from the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam: Director of
Community Planning and City Council ( Pp. 2 : Item 19 Page 74)

“PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposal is for a 52 units
garden apartment complex composed of two principal buildings."

Also, as per Recommendation dated June 26, 1990 that...

" 6. The area bounded by the center line of the Coquitlam
River to the south, the southern boundary of the Canadian
Pacific Railway right of way to the north and the western
beundary of the City of Port Coquitlam to the west be de-
clared a development permit area.".
