BYLAW NO. 2466 A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020" _ WHEREAS the Municipal Act empowers the City to regulate the keeping of animals within the Municipality; | AND WHEREAS the City has adopted "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020"; AND WHEREAS THE Municipal Council desires to amend the above mentioned bylaw; | NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Ll. “City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020” is hereby amended by adding the following section as Section 32B: "32B No person shall keep a raccoon, skunk or squirrel other than in accordance with the minimum care standards outlined in the Procedure Manual dated July 2, 1985 dealing with the possession of live wildlife prepared by the Provincial Ministry of Environment.” . a 2.
