The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, tin open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 511, South Fast Quarter Section 7 Township 40 Plan 75782, New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT~-1 (Two Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, Noe 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2394”, Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of October, 1988.
