meeting assembled, enacts as foliows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Those partions of Lot 190, Plan 56773; Lots 10,!l,and 12, Plan 2306; and
those portions of lanes and road (dedicated on Plan 2306) to be closed; a!!
of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, shown
within the heavy outline on a sketch prepared by Helge Jacobsen and
Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyor, under their file number

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residentia!) to RM-3 (Town House
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Qort Coquitiam Zoning Bytaw, 1987, No.

2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Sort Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment By'aw, 1987, No. 2315".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of October, 1987.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of October, 1987.
