THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2104

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651",

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

}.(a)The Zone Designation of A+1 (Agricultural) assigned to Lot
113; South East Quarter Section 6; Township 40; Plan 25576,
Now Westminster Olstrict, shown as Lots 1,2,3, and 5, on a
Plan of proposed subdivision of The sald Lot 113 prepared
by V.C. Goudal & Associates, British Golumbia Land
Surveyors, and shown on their Drawing No. C-3660=85A dated
May 13th, 1985 with revisions to May 17th, 1985 is remaved
and the Zone Designation RS=1A (Single Family Residential)
ls applied.

(b)The Zone Designation of Am} (Agricultural) assigned to Lot
113; South East Quarter Section 6; Township 40; Pian 25576,
New Westminster District, shown as Lots 4 and 6, on a Plan
of proposed subdivision of the sald Lot 113 prepared by
V.C. Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors,
and shown on their Orawing No. C#3660-85A dated May 13th,
1985 with revisions to May 17th, 1985 is removed and the
Zone Designetion RS~] (Single Family Residential) Is
applied.

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No, 1651" Js hereby amended to reflect this razoning,

A copy of the plan referred +o in Section | is attached to
This Bylaw and made a part thereof,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes ag the "City of
Port Coqulitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1985, No. 2104",

Read a first time by the Municipal Counc!ll this 10th day of
June, 1985,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 10th day
Qf June, 1985,
