COMMENTS:

The town hal! meetings scheduied for residents to offer thelr commants
Sand suggestions for the Community Plan have been held the last two
weeks. Questieans and comments ralsed during the meeting were about

ciarltilcation of the process to be followed Implementing the pian.
Comments Included;

Implications of a multiple family designation tor an axisting single
family dwetling.

~ recommend a revision to the Coast Meridian designation, ailminating
a parcel along Coquitiam.

~ scheduling of road Improvements shown on the plan.
“ role of the business community In Imptementing the plan,

- timing for Instaltation of additional storm water removal tor the
north east sector, :

“ several people expressed opposition to any development of ALR jands,.

In view of this generai level of acceptance of the Community Pian,
There were 22 people at the Hyde Creek meeting and 30 at the ilbrary,
a recommendation that the Community Plan be adopted Is belng put

forward.
