turnaround Loop in River Springs and modification to Westwood/Woodland intersection are necessary so that service can be implemented. It is proposed that the #162 River Springs route operate every 30 minutes during the peak periods only and further, that it extend to downtown Vancouver via the Barnet Highway. #163-Prairie - #164-Coast Meridian It is proposed that these two routes be combined to operate a two-way loop on the northside of the City of Port Coquitlam. ‘The loop routing will provide service across Victoria Drive serving an additional 500 persons. During peak periods it is proposed that both routes be extended from Port Coquitlam City Hall to Vancouver fastbus routes via the Barnet Highway. Proposed service levels for the combined routing are every minutes peak periods, every 30 minutes mid-day and every minutes evenings. During evenings the loop would operate. one direction only. #165-Pipeline The #165-Pipeline route replaces the portion of the #149~Dewdney norsh of Coquitlam Centre. During peak periods the #165 operates direct to downtown Vancouver via Pinetree, Lougheed, Dewdney Trunk and St. Johns. At all ether times the route terminates at Coquitlam Centre. Other Changes #100-Midway Connector Tne #100 route operates between Port Coquitlam and the Vancouver Airport. Ridership on the section between Port Coquitlam and New Westminater during the evenings averages less than 12 passengers per hour. On Sunday and Holidays ridership during the entire day averages less than 18 passen- gers per hour. As this route duplicates existing services (#148,149 and 152), 4t is proposed that the #100 route be discontinued between New Westminster and Port Coquitlam during the evenings and all day Sunday and Holidays. #147-Clarke (foxmerly #149-Dewdney) ewdney Trunk Road between The #149 currently operates via D Ridership on this section Coquitlam Centre and Port Moody. “4(4)
