The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City

Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 31st,

1982 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following. proposed bylaw to amend the

"City of Port Coquitlam: Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"..

Bylaw No. 1908: to rezone:

(a) Lot 47, SW of Section 7,. Township 40, Plan 26192, New Westminster District,
from RS-2 to RS-1l;

(b) The West 12.313 m (40.4 ft.) of Lot 382, SWk of Section 7, Township 40,
Plan 60681, New Westminster District, from RS~2 to RS=1l.

(c) Those portions of closed road shown. on the Plan attached to the "Stratford
and Toronto Streets. Road Exchange Bylaw, 1982, No. 1907" from RS-2
and P-—l to RS~lL..

These properties. are located adjacent to the 3900 Blocks of Stratford Street and.
Toronto Street just north of Chelsea Avenue and the majority of the property
involved has the civic address 1398 Apel (formerly Victoria) Drive.
It is expected that approximately 25 single family residential lots will he
created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected

in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City. Hall, at the address

given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m.

to 4:30 p.m., on working days, May 18th, 1982 to May 31st, 1982.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed

bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing

on matters. contained in the bylaw.
