THIS COVENANT dated the day of

(the "City”)

WHEREAS the Covenantor is the registered owner in fee simple

nds herein defined;

AND WHEREAS Section 215 of the Land Title Act R.S.B.C. 1979,
c. 219 provides, inter alia, that a covenant, whether of a negative

or positive nature, in respect of the use of land or the use cf a
building on or to be erected on land, in favour of a municipality,
may be registered as a charge against the title to that land;

AND WHEREAS the Covenantor proposes to landscape such part
of the Lands herein defined not covered by a building or buildings
and has submitted a plan thereof, a copy of which is attached as

Schedule "A" hereto;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and the sum
