2. The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam 4a hereby authorized

to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR

those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more

particularly described as follows:

All those portions of the Northwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40,
New Westminster District shown as "Road to be dedicated" on a

Reference Plan prepared by DJ. Dyck, B.C.L.S., and dated

at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for

that certain parcel or tract of land described-in the preceding Section

hereof.

3. That portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 257 of the Northwest

Quarter, Sectizn 7, Township 40, New Westminster District described in

Section 1 hereof is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds.

4. The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so
conveyed to the said City, be established zs an addition to the roads in-

the Northwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District.

5.0) The Mayor and tty: Clork of The le a wii Porta Otte Al Dost

Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute buch conveyances, deeds,

maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be

necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of

6. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Killarney Street
Road Exchange By-law, 1981, No. 1808",
