The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam 4a hereby authorized to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more particularly described as follows: All those portions of the Northwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District shown as "Road to be dedicated" on a Reference Plan prepared by DJ. Dyck, B.C.L.S., and dated at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land described-in the preceding Section hereof. 3.
